KASE is organized into chapters, with a central KASE Board of Directors overseeing operations of all the chapters. Anyone interested in creating a new chapter is invited to contact the Board.

Each chapter is headed by the chapter president, who presides over a group of officers. Typically, there are officers for Events, Membership, Communication, Sponsorships and Social. Anyone interested in being a volunteer should contact the chapter president or any of the officers. New officer nominations are held about once a year.
