Keibock Lee -- SoftonNet, Inc.

Mr. Lee is currently the acting CEO at SoftonNet,Inc., an application streaming software company, and an Advisor at Xuade, Inc., a front end eCRM corporation. Mr. Lee has been the founder and CEO of several companies, including Killerbiz, Inc., a B2B marketplace funded by Vantage Partners, eTrade, Asset Management and Brainrush; JazzSoft, Inc., an agent software company acquired by Jazz Multimedia, Inc.; and One-O, Inc., an applications service provider sold to Metropolitan Backbone Exchange.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Lee worked for Apple Computer, initiating its home computer business unit in Japan from zero to $150 million in revenue within three years. Mr. Lee has won product design awards in the UK and Germany while working for Oce and Schlumberger in France, and has received the Fairchild Key Technologist Award while at Fairchild.

Mr. Lee graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Computer & Systems Engineering. Mr. Lee is fluent in five languages and is the co-founder and Chairman of the Korean American Society of Entrepreneurs (KASE). Mr. Lee sits on the board of directors at Korean Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley (KCCSV), Korean IT Network (KIN), and the International Network of Korean Entrepreneurs (INKE).

Perry Ha -- Athena Technology Ventures

Mr. Perry Ha is currently the Managing Partner of Athena Technology Ventures. Previously, he led the Product Development and Technology Management Practice at Gemini Consulting, helping Fortune 1000 clients manage their technology portfolios and develop new products. Prior to that, he managed a product development group at Amicon, serving biotech and medical devices market, and holds multiple technology patents.He serves as a Director on the Boards of many private companies including FirstIP, Impli, ProfitLogic, and Zantaz.com. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Seoul Software Incubator (SVI) and Korean American Society of Entrepreneurs (KASE).

He has a BS and MS from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Brendon Kim -- Altos Ventures

Brendon Kim is the current President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of KASE. He was one of the founding directors of KASE and one of its early vice-presidents. Brendon was also formerly a director and the CFO/treasurer of the Korean IT Network (KIN). Apart from his role at KASE, Brendon is a founding general partner at Altos Ventures, an early-stage technology venture capital firm in the Silicon Valley. He leads Altos Ventures' investments in enterprise software. He currently serves as a director of Bluedot Software, Branders.com and Promeo Technologies. He has also served as a director of Egreetings Network (acquired by American Greetings - AM).

Prior to starting Altos Ventures, Brendon was a management consultant at CSC Index. He led executive teams in strategy development, marketing, and re-engineering projects that resulted in dramatic revenue and productivity improvements. His clients included companies in technology and healthcare services. Before joining CSC Index, Brendon held a brand marketing position with Procter & Gamble where he was responsible for strategy and market plan development. Brendon was also a management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand in the Strategic Management Services practice. He worked closely with companies in media, consumer products and telecommunications. Brendon received his MBA from Stanford University and his BA from the Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

Victor Lee -- Asia Pacific Investment Corp.

Mr. Lee is currently working as Vice President of Venture Capital at Asia Pacific Investment Corp. Among other things, they are the investment manager of the SK Telecom-Qualcomm Wireless Development Fund.

Formerly, Mr. Lee was the Chief Administrative Officer of BT Ventures, the Venture Capital Division of Bankers Trust Company. Prior to joining Bankers Trust, Mr. Lee was a Senior Consultant and Webmaster at Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group where he provided management consulting services to large companies, as well as to an Internet financial services startup, PeerScape (www.peerscape.com), where he was Director. Before completing his graduate studies, Mr. Lee worked in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets High Yield Groups of Smith Barney, as a foreign policy intern in the office of Senator Edward M. Kennedy, as an Advisor and Editor to the Government of South Korea in the Economic Planning Board, the ministry in charge of economic policy, and as an intern at the United Nations.

Mr. Lee is a graduate of Yale University and holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government. He is currently a Director on the Board of PacketWare, Inc. a network analysis software company, and Secretary to the Board of Zoologic, Inc. a financial training software developer. He is also head of the Asian American Group at the Harvard Club of New York.

Steve Lee -- Arbitrel

Steve is the President and CEO of Arbitrel. He is an expert in e-business and eCRM sectors and has spoken as a panelist and expert at conferences and expos such as DCI-CRM Conference and at COMDEX. Steve's expertise in e-business and eCRM sectors stems from having developed tactical eCRM solutions, and having founded and implemented B2C/B2B e-commerce ventures.

Prior to his entrepreneurial efforts, Steve worked as a management consultant for a global management-consulting firm, the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). While at BCG, he provided business strategies, engaged in several successful cross-border, global business alliance efforts and for corporate restructurings involving $6 billion in assets. Most of his clients were Global Fortune 1,000 companies in various industries such as wireless, high-tech, auto, financial and industrial goods.

Prior to working for BCG, Steve led complex systems development efforts at Hughes Aircraft Company, Communication Satellites Division, leading a multi-disciplinary team of engineers. Steve has published several research papers at USC in the Graduate School of Engineering on the topic of complex systems architecting. Steve earned a BS in Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Gunil Chung -- Empact Solutions

Mr. Chung is the founding-CEO of Empact Solutions, a B2B ASP that provides independent 3rd-party reports against service level agreements. As founding-CEO, he was instrumental in creating the company's strategy and business plan and in taking the company to its funding in 2001. He is currently in charge of product management at Empact.

Before founding Empact Solutions, Mr. Chung worked at Merrill Lynch as a consultant, designing and building the system that monitors MLDirect, Merrill's on-line trading application. Before that, he was a co-founder and VP of Consulting at Invenio, an enterprise systems management software company that was later acquired. Prior to Invenio, Mr. Chung worked as a software engineer at Open Environment Corp., a client/server middleware company that was acquired by Borland.

Mr. Chung has received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brown University. In addition to serving as the President of KASE East Coast, Mr. Chung volunteers as a business plan advisor and mentor at NFTE.

K.C. Kim -- SAMSUNG, Inc.

K.C., presently a International Recruiting Director for Samsung SDS, has over 15 years of experience in project management, consulting, business development, supply chain management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. His prior business consulting experience include assisting a Korea based venture capital firm in establishing operation in Silicon Valley and accessing Korean American community for potential investment opportunities, and helping entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 biotech company in new business development, market research, and strategy execution.

As a management consultant for Strategic Decision Group (SDG), K.C. assisted technology based clients in setting strategic agendas, evaluating alternatives and business portfolios, and assessing risks and uncertainties associated with execution of strategies. In addition, K.C. has experience working for Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurial start-up companies in electronic commerce, automotive manufacturing, food processing, metal joining and fabrication, and specialty metals processing industries.

K.C. holds a M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern Univeristy, Master of engineering management from Robert S. McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University, M.S. in engineering from Purdue University, and B.S. in engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
